Laughter Yoga

Laughter Yoga is a combination of laughter exercises, breathing, stretching and relaxation.  It is based on the premise that everyone can laugh.  Your body doesn’t distinguish between real or forced laughter.  It doesn’t require jokes, comedy or a sense of humor to laugh or to reap all of the wonderful physiological changes or health benefits Laughter Yoga can provide!  What started out with four people has turned into a phenomenon that has spread to 60 countries and 6,000 Laughter Yoga clubs internationally.
